3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of agreed fees, clients receive full ownership of custom-developed app code and creative assets produced specifically for their project. The ECOMMCEPT INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED brand, website content, proprietary frameworks, and internal tools remain the sole property of the Company. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use our proprietary materials without written permission.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. We treat all client business information, app concepts, and data with strict confidentiality. A formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is available upon request and is standard practice for all project engagements.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally, projects follow a milestone-based payment structure. Invoices are payable within 15 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may attract interest as per applicable law. Services may be suspended for accounts with overdue invoices exceeding 30 days.
